ETHRA SHIP

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EthraShip.com website and the app.ethraship.com portal (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Ethra Ship ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts

• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

• You are not located in, or a national or resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or where participation in decentralised token protocols is prohibited

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform based on geographic location at any time.

2. The Platform

Ethra Ship is a maritime real-world asset (RWA) tokenization protocol built on blockchain. The Platform provides access to:

• Information about the Ethra Ship protocol and the $SHIP token

• The app.ethraship.com portal, including the Dashboard, Missions, Referrals, Leaderboard, and Staking features

The Platform is provided for informational and participation purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

3. No Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: Ethra Ship is a decentralised protocol. Nothing on this Platform constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation to acquire any token, security, or financial instrument. Participation in the $SHIP token or any associated mechanism involves significant risk, including total loss of funds. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

You should conduct your own independent research and consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax advisors before participating in any token-related activity. Past performance of any digital asset is not indicative of future results.

4. Risk Disclosure

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Blockchain-based assets, including $SHIP, are highly volatile and speculative

• Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite security reviews

• Regulatory frameworks governing digital assets are evolving and may affect the protocol

• Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible once confirmed

• You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and wallet credentials

• The value of Ethra Points and any associated rewards may change or be discontinued at our discretion

• Liquidity may be limited at any time, and you may not be able to exit positions when desired

We are not responsible for any losses, including those arising from market volatility, technical failures, smart contract exploits, regulatory action, or user error.

5. Wallet Connection and User Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Platform, you will need to connect a compatible blockchain wallet. By connecting your wallet, you confirm that:

• You own or control the connected wallet address

• You are responsible for all activity associated with that wallet address on the Platform

• You will not use the Platform to engage in fraudulent, manipulative, or unlawful activity

We do not custody your assets at any time. We have no access to your private keys and cannot reverse transactions.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

• Attempt to circumvent access restrictions, geoblocking, or anti-gaming mechanisms

• Engage in wash trading, Sybil attacks, or coordinated manipulation of Platform mechanics

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without our prior written consent

• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

• Impersonate any person or entity, including Ethra Ship team members

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of Platform access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, and software, is owned by or licensed to Ethra Ship and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including blockchain networks, decentralised exchanges, wallets, and analytics providers. These third parties operate independently of Ethra Ship. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

• Any information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current

• The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ETHRA SHIP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ethra Ship and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the Platform

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party

12. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ethra Ship with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
